The locket was exactly as described. It came with a handy cardboard cutout for tracing over your picture to make sure you have the right size to fit in the locket. Came with nice little plastic covers for both sides of the locket.

Great gift for a new grandma!
I purchased this to give to my mother and put pictures of my new baby in it! It was super easy to get the picture. She wears it all the time and it looks great! Shipping was very good also! A Beautiful Locket for Wife and Daughter.
Great Customer Service. I needed a shorter chain, this wasnt an option online. So I called - Rep was able to get a shorter chain and engrave and this did not delay the shipping. WOW.
