The ring was as pictured, described, and expected. Fit was true to size. Packaging is very nice. Delivery was extremely fast.
Can't comment on price/value as I didn't shop around too much. But other places didn't explain what I was getting, either.
This is the second order I have placed with Blue Nile. And the second time they have delivered exactly what I was expecting, and a little more.

Perfect wedding band
The eternity band is beautiful and exactly as described. It is the perfect wedding band and compliments my engagement ring perfectly. Customer service is outstanding as well. I had purchased a different ring that I decided not to keep and the return process was so easy. I did order half a size smaller than my normal size as other feedback had suggested.

Great customer service; ring less than expected.
The Channel-Set Diamond Eternity Ring isn't as impressive it appears in the photo on the website--in fact, when I first recieved it, I thought I might have ccidentally been sent the 0.5 ct ring. That said, the Blue Nile customer service experience is second to none.

The ring was great!
The ring was beautiful, and exactly the way Blue Nile described. The appraisal was great, and more than I expected. It made it easy to insure. I have no complaints about the delivery, customer service, price or product. You can't beat the prices unless you want to try buying used. I will definitely buy from Blue Nile again.

Blue Nile Rocks the House, Again!
What a great wedding band/ring! I purchased a nearly identical band/ring at "T & Co" 3 years ago and paid almost three times as much for the exact same quality. I purchased my wife's wedding ring at Blue Nile a year ago. I couldn't be happier with both purchases (quality, price, and value). More importantly, my wife couldn't be happier. You guys are THE best.
